Good family hotel

The hotel is so big with lots of activities to keep the whole family entertained and the cabins were such a nice experience being surrounded by nature and waking up to the mountain view.

We booked a deluxe cabin and asked for a special one for our anniversary but the location was a bit annoying because the club car kept passing by us while trying to sit quietly in the balcony :(

A fantastic experience. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic time! Highly recommended!

Lots of things to do. Layout very good. Exceptional views. Excellent customer service. I’d like to single out Jackie (guest relations manager) she always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and Sunil (shooting supervisor) who was an excellent teacher and made sure we were all successful making the experience a lot of fun.

It was a great experience but the portions in the restaurant were rather generous!

Wonderful

Excellent property for lovely vacation, it’s my 3rd time and I enjoy it so much! We arrived at sunset time while kids were running with flying snakes, riding pony and a lot families were around. It’s so nice place for chill, families and couple. Great area to get around and visit Hatta dam or other activities. We will back!

All in all ecxept for the check in delay everything was well.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Check in was delayed more then 2 hours because of some local guys that don't care about other people and thought they where playing for Manchester City.

Great food.

Great food. Nice small hotel,perfect for family with kids. Many activities inside the hotel and now also at the wadi hub, bee farm and Hatta dam. Loved the happy hour on the terrace - had a cozy feel. Will go again!

The views are stunning, the facility is very green.

The views are stunning, the facility is very green. The small bungalow type rooms are offering enough space for a family with two kids. The kids liked the small animal farm.

The breakfast even though offering different variety of food was for my taste not good. The adult pool temperature could be lower it doesn’t feel refreshing.

Lovely location

I was upset that we attended with another couple who booked 2 days prior to me and and there rate was aed1500 half board and my rate was 1600 with breakfast only. When I brought this up at reception I was told that the rate changes,which is understandable but to take away the half board option also is ridiculous.There are many high class hotels which are far superior with a less room rate.dissapointed to say the least. Also during the day we waited for around 45 minutes for drinks after being acknowledged by at least 3 staff.There staff had multiple jobs.ie the lifeguard was also serving food and beverages and also shisha.Surely he should only be worried about people’s Saftety in the water

We were offered a room with no bath tub only a shower so we...

We were offered a room with no bath tub only a shower so we said yes sure. Arrived at the room to find it was a disabled access room so the bathroom was actually a wet room - no way of having a shower without the bathroom floor all becoming wet. The sink was smaller and lower down obviously because its to accommodate people in a wheel chair. Very awkward and inconvenient to use standing up!

We ordered drinks at the pool three times and after one hour still no drinks! Whilat the staff were very nice they are clearly unable to cope with the number of people using the pool bar!

A hotel that cares

Professional and pleasant staff, all of them, just wonderful people from the guy who looks after the animals, he was so kind and explained with passion about the animals that the hotel keeps in the garden, to the receptionist especially Nabil and the Kenyan lady who processed the payment and the Philipina waitress (sorry that I don't know their names), this is my third time to this hotel, planning to comeback again and again.

Ideal for a great get away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai, the hotel rooms are fantastic !

Ideal if you are looking for an outdoors adventure mini break away. The rooms are also fantastic, with extremely help staff members.

The rooms are very up to date however, the remaineder of the hotel needs a slight update too. Breakfast and dinner was a slight disappointment considering the amount charged for.

View overlooks a massive illuminated green co-op ... unfortunate as the view could otherwise have been lovely up in the mountains.
